Refund policy

At Avira, we stand behind the quality of our products.

  • Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached.
  • Due to limited releases, sale items and final sale products cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.
  • Once your return is received and inspected, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
